we cud take a lil trip ard S'pore Town!
an outing wif grace today wif main highlights of:
1. listening to 1 of Grace's advisors abt her lodging in Brisbane,
2. taking a tour ard Aunty Irene's office & taking pictures,
3. a HUGE bowl of 'Yu Pian Mi Fen' (lunch wif Grace & aunty Irene at China Square Food court),
4. bumped into my sista at Far East Square while she was lunching,
5. walked to China Town frm Raffles Place, bought stuff along the way =X & took pictures,
6. after China Town, took a bus to Taka & walked ard whilst waiting for Mr Kan to confirm book out time,
7. after town, we took an MRT back to Expo, read on the train & jus waited & waited & waited & waited & waited & waited for Mr Javvie Boy...
8. Finally went into the hall to chk out the PC Show, went to scout ard for memory card prices & Sony Memory Stick prices, cuckoo prices by Sony sia.
word of advice, DO NOT BUY SONY DIGI CAMS!
their prices r so damn high. it's absurb man.
9. after Javern makes his purchase of his Acer Lappy, we proceeded for dinner at the food court outside,
10. finally after dinner, & saying our goodbyes, we headed home. =) *peace*

Family Ties
Bonds... Ties...
smthg i've been tinking abt today ... & still tinkin actually..
been out since 11am wif my mum, maternal grandma, my 2 lil boys (cousins), Grace cuzy & Qin.
lunched together, walked ard & enjoyed my Daytona game!! altho i only played once... heh.
oh wellz.. another time la makes it all the more fun! haha.
so i watched Madagascar again.. haha. it's a gd show i cant help it! love the penguins to bits! haha. =)
cute & cuddly boys! *winks*
after the show we went down to Delifrance to have coffee den headed to Bossini to get the lil boys Madagascar T-shirts. those boys were so delighted wif their new buys. on the other hand. they took so freakin long!!! gdness! when i thot girls were bad at shopping, seems dat some guys can match up man. my cousin, imagine, at the age of 11 is so picky!!! bleah.
so after their shopping, grandma brought dem home. and i continued the window shopping wif cuzy & qin. mum gave up. too much for her to handle in a day. of cos la. 2 rascals man! heh. my back is alr aching now. haha.
qin did a gd job at helping tho. seems she looks grt wif kids! haa! ;) preparing early eh qin? *evil chuckles*
after all the window shopping grace headed to town whereas qin & i headed hm! *yawnz* haha.
wonder wad's in store for me tmr! heh tmr's another adventure for lyd & grace as we'll be heading to the PC show! ;)
back to the main topic abt family bonds & ties. not sure y so many thots flooded my head 2day but i got reminded abt my late grandpas. hmm.. guess i shall do a lil tribute 2 dem.
miss dem quite a lot rite now.. lots of memories of younger days & everything. i hav always treasured family ties. but sometimes things change. for the better or worst, dat i'm not sure.
no one's perfect i noe but sometimes, somethings r worth tinkin abt now & den & reflecting on dem. dun repeat mistakes. be it own or others. now, i must make time to go visit both my grandpas. havent seen dem for a while now.

pleasantly calm day :)
grace came by my place early in the morn at 8.50am to catch Ms Universe with me :) was heaps of fun! haa. happily commented abt most of the girls.
i was rooting for Ms Peru, Puerto Rico, Domanican Republic & Mexico! wow. such hot chics man seriously.
those who left the greatest impressions:
i must say it was extremely surprising dat Ms Indonesia managed to make it into top 15. err well i thot she looked like a trans! =X oops.
Ms Japan has super long legs. she's damn tall & totally doesnt look like a Japo.
Ms Thailand was great. she looked really exotic.
Ms USA... curvaceous & voluptuous r the only 2 words to describe her.
Ms Venezuala, *sigh* disappointed me. looks & height was average, Q&A was *double sighs* even worst. din even finish answering can...
Ms Korea was not bad sia! 1st time! haha.
upsettingly, Ms Singapore din even make it into top 15... heh. sadness.
wah lao... Cheryl Tay can!!! she's like how chio lor... wah lao.. if only i had a quarter of her looks... *dreams*
Ms Norway... eeeeeeeeeeee.... half Thai?! gdness... duno wad sia.. she looks so funny lor..
BUT BUT BUT!!! Ms Universe 2004's Jennifer Hawkins is THE BEST!!! she looks great man. seriously. wow. totally awesome is the phrase to describe her.
ok.. so nuff said abt Ms Universe.
after lunching, Grace headed hm whilst i headed for driving! =)
i shall not be discouraged i say! my instructor was so nice & encouraging.
told me not to gif up. told me stories abt his other students. best part is. the moment he saw me, he said & i quote: *laughs* whilst saying "ni na tian shi bu shi mei you chong liang?!" wah lao eh!!!! so wanted to punch him can!!! (he meant, u dat day is it nvr bathe?)
den he added, u so sway lor kena Foo (my tester). *sigh* i oso noe i so unlucky lo.. heh but oh well it's farkin over! O-V-E-R!!!
next test comin up! pray i'll pass dis time.
so after my ever amusing driving lesson, i took the long bus journey 2 Orchard 2 meet Mr Javern for dinner at Heeren.
walked ard in Heeren & bummed into Hakim dere too! :)
1st time seeing him wifout his beanie. looks so much better. haha. :P
anyway.. so after window shopping, we went to Billy Bombers for dinner.
had a yummy gigantic burger! *slurps*
felt really gluttony at dinner so after eating so much, we had to walk.
walked frm Heeren to Taka to chk out my Madagascar penguins!!! awww they r the cutest man!
was also in search for a grey tank top. but to no avail. heh.
another time i guess.
headed home after.

Cuzzies Day out... again?!
hahahahahaha!!! (it's called laughing at the title)
spent today out wif grace at Orchard. Acced her for her 2 medical chk-ups!
was quite a short day for me.
met her at tampines & travelled to town together. had lunch at Yoshinoya Cineleisure den walked to Cairnhill for her 1st chk-up.
den walked ard in Heeren for a bit, met Denise mei, took a couple of pics cos we were bored & off to her next chk-up! haa! cheap thrill eh? :P
after her last chk-up we walked over frm Paragon to Taka. had ice cream on a hot hot day when suddenly! some dude approached us to get us to purchase some card for $39.90 for some slimming company. cannot remember if it was jean yip or wad. but it's the Ivy Lee one la..
wah lao. 1st he tinks grace & i need slimming. next! almost wanna punch him lor. say grace & i look like brother & sista, sistas, best frens, duno wad ah. cant make up his mind lor. also! he tinks we're like 22 or 23 can.. wah kao! do we look dat old?! gee! bcos the card can only be sold to ladies 21 & above. Heng ah! i wasnt abt to buy it anywayz....
k ah.. i noe i need the slimming la.. but wah lao.. grace meh?! she'll b invisible if she does can... already so thin...
so ya lor.. so we jus sat & had our ice cream & took pictures! hehehe.
oh!! den we saw!!! Joanne Peh!!!! wow. totally awesome!!! she's so so pretty!!! did some scene at the front of Civic Plaza. Grace managed to catch a shot of her on her camera.
